And now, a Halloween intermission....

This is Travis..
This is his immaculately restored 1976 Cadillac Hearse.
Complete with "Kustom Koffin"...

After work friday, I went to a custom car show down the street from our shops,to see a car that one of my co-workers has built. It has been a 13 year project that he recently completed.

The one in the middle is Marke, and this is his custom 1967 Ford Mustang.

Paint job is Halloween appropiate....

  1. My Dad had a 67 Mustang like that. I LOVED that car. I wish I still had it, but that was back around 71 or so and I was only 6 ;-)

  2. Howdy again Jeff. I had a 1965 'Stang I kick myself for not keeping. That was back in the day when you could pick one up for a couple hundred. At least I broke even on it. In the "Click it" vid above, you can hear a chopper that I just missed filming as it drove by. There were some real nice cars at that show. I need to figure out how to post pics at one of those picture sites.

  3. That's one nice Mustang, he's done a great job on it. Also some interesting cars in the background.

  4. Hey Kawa, This show was a lot bigger than I realized. I was only there for a little over an hour and took nearly 100 pics.I probably didn't see half the cars that were there in the show...as well as some beauties that people drove up in to see the show. Marke says they have several shows a year there. Marke is really a perfectionist, and agonized over every little detail of that car. Didn't get any interior pics, but the interior is beautiful. He built a custom console for it out of stainless steel. The dash has a one-off milled aluminum insert.Lots of neat little details.
I might add a few more pics here, or if I find the time, learn how to link up to one of the picture sites.
